Terms of Business for Goal Mapper

1. Introduction These terms of business ("Agreement") govern the use of the Goal Mapper software ("Service") provided by Ammonite Wealth Ltd. ("Provider", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using the Service, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Service Description Goal Mapper is a Software as a Service product designed for use on financial advice / guidance businesses' websites. It assists users in mapping out their goals, providing a personalised and interactive experience. The results from the Service are subsequently emailed to the user for their reference and follow-up.

3. Access and Usage a. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service on your website. b. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. c. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service, and all user data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
